Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your product, but sometimes it isn't what you expected or it just doesn't fit right in your life at that moment. Please get in touch via the form below so we can help you with your exchange or refund.

Our return period lasts 7 days from the day you receive the order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchange requests after this.

● To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging, and all tags and sanitary covers should be attached.

● Please get in touch with us via email or through the website.

● You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Please send returns to the US address provided when your return is authorized. You will receive a full refund on the product if it's returned unworn, in its original condition, and with all tags and sanitary covers attached. Otherwise, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted.

● If you are returning an item over $30, please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

● If you live in a country that has import taxes or other customs protocols, you assume responsibility for the item and the incurred costs. Kawaii Bikini cannot reimburse those costs.
