How Long Do Orders Take To Ship?

Most of our orders are processed within 7 business days since they ship out of the USA. If you don't get shipment email after 7 business days, then please get in touch and we will try and push it through faster for you.


Deliveries typically take less than 14 days; however due to COVID-19, please allow longer transit times due to the virus lockdown, etc.

Local customs can also sometimes hold items, creating delays. During this period, tracking information doesn't update, but once customs release it, the tracking will show it is now with your local postal service pending delivery. Most of our orders arrive in less than 2 weeks, but this may not always be the case.

Please note that you may have to pay customs charges in your country. Customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.


Canceling Orders

If you change your mind and would like to cancel your order you need to get in touch with us as soon as possible.

● If you contact us before the items are shipped, we are usually able to cancel the order entirely and refund you straight away.

● If you contact us after the items are shipped, you will need to return your order before we can process a refund.


Returns and Refunds Policies

Our return period lasts 7 days from the day you receive your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchange requests after this.

● To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging, and all tags and sanitary covers should be attached.

● Please get in touch with us via email or through the website.

● You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Please send returns to the US address provided when your return is authorized. You will receive a full refund on the product if it's returned unworn, in its original condition, and with all tags and sanitary covers attached. Otherwise, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted.

● If you are returning an item over $30, please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

● If you live in a country that has import taxes or other customs protocols, you assume responsibility for the item and the incurred costs. Kawaii Bikini cannot reimburse those costs.

Sale Items Items on sale are also covered by our 7-day returns policy.


Customs Duties

Some countries require that customs duties are paid before the item is released. The buyer assumes all responsibility for paying these duties, if applicable. Some customs offices can take up to 2 months to clear items, resulting in a significant delay. We cannot take liability for a delay if it is caused by customs.
